Megan Fox's Rx For Taking Off Baby Weight!

                            Megan Fox on Losing The Baby Weight!

Megan Fox- the young and very beautiful star had a baby 3 months ago,
and last night she appeared on the "Tonight Show" looking like
she'd never been pregnant.
Although Jay Leno didn't ask, Megan has revealed how she got back
into shape so quickly.
Well, the answer is "no dairy."
Hollywood seems to go on different food kicks, and wheat and dairy
seem to be on the blacklist now.
Ellen Degeneres and Scarlett Johannsen are also on the "non dairy wagon!"
But if you're not quite ready to give up dairy, remember it does have its
benefits, benefits like...
*stronger bone development
* taller kids
* better sleep
* better dreams
 * prevent diabetes
* helps you get pregnant (must be full fat though) Reread the post on using dairy
   to overcome infertility.

So, with all of the benefits, why are so many stars against it?
Well, blame it on the chemicals, the hormones and other additives
and you can see why so many stars are against it.
You read the benefits, here are a few of the negatives against it...
* Cellulite That's right- the chemicals in dairy may keep your legs
looking like cottage cheese, And it's rumored- this is the main reason
Ms. Johannsen no longer eats it.
* Weight gain  Particularly in the stomach area.
  One women gave up wheat, but continued to eat cheese and
could not lose the last 20 pounds (around her stomach)- a friend
suggested giving up dairy and the weight flew off.
She thought- wheat was bad and low calorie dairy was good.
* Upset Stomach
 * Bloat and Gas
 * Stuffy Noses
That's it- some of the pros and cons of Dairy. And if you want to be like

Megan Fox, perhaps no dairy will work for you as well.
And one more tip: Just make sure to get your calcium from

other sources. or your bones may not appreciate it.

Good Luck!
