Kelly Osbourne's Rx For Weight Loss!

                         Lose Weight Like Kelly! 

Kelly Osbourne, one of the hosts' of T.V.'s "Fashion Police" and
youngest child of Ozzie and Sharon has struggled with weight 

for quite some time. At 5'2" she says it was difficult to lose weight
and keep it off, and that's not all- another obstacle to her weight loss-

the constant media scrutiny and Christina Aguilera.

Yes, that Christina Aguilera -from the T.V. show "The Voice!"
Kelly and Christina traded some very hurtful verbal jabs about
talent, looks and weight, and today- it's Christina who's struggling
with her weight.

So, what is Kelly doing to stay trim and fit?
She says that her "Dancing With The Stars" partner Louis VanAmstel,
was the biggest influence, helping her with a diet and exercise plan. 

The diet Ms. Osbourne follows is one that's sensible and manageable. 
The diet: Breakfast--egg whites, turkey bacon, and cooked vegetables.
Lunch: A turkey burger with a salad.
Dinner: Brown rice and more vegetables.
That's the diet, sensible but not too suffocating.

And Ms. Osbourne also does something that's bound to make the diet
work for years and years, what is it?
She has a "cheat day!"
What is that? A day in which she eats whatever she wants,
and on her cheat day, Kelly wants Pizza. 

Dieting experts say eating low-cal 7 days a week, may work for 
1 out of a hundred people, but having a cheat day, means that
you'll most likely stick with a good diet most of the time, 

knowing that on Fri. Sat. or Sun. you can have hot wings, mac and cheese, 
pizza and gooey brownies.
And lastly, don't forget exercise- Kelly enjoys Pilates,
light weight training and dancing.
