A Beauty Rx For The Upcoming Award Season!

                              It's All In The Hands!

Quick question? What part of the body starts to show signs of aging first?

If you said hair, (graying) or the eyes, (wrinkles) you're wrong.
It's the hands and neck.
Why is that?
Thinner skin and fewer oil glands to keep them moisturized.

And if you're a fan of all of the award shows, then you better get ready.

We don't mean ready as in attending, we mean getting ready to watch.
And if you're really a fan, then you also know that some award shows have thrown
a new feature into some of these shows.
What type of feature?
A machine that looks at hands.

Yes, at some shows last year the hosts asked some actresses (hey-no actors)
if they'd be willing to place their hand in or under some type of machine.
What was the point of doing this?
We're not sure, to look at their manicures or to look at the ages of their hands,
well , some actresses willingly obliged, (the younger ones)
and some said a big fat, No Thank-You! (some older actresses).
And if you want to avoid someone asking to look at your hands or if you just want to
keep them looking their youthful best, use the following hand mask.
A mask for your hands?

Yes, you do it for your face, why not your hands?

Here's the anti-aging hand mask, called...
The Mango-Hand Mask!
Ingredients:
In a blender or small food processor,
add some ripe mango, 1/4 cup, a tsp. honey and some almond or olive oil.

Blend for a few seconds and apply it to the back of your hands and nails. 1 Tbs.
Sit back,  and relax for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

And if you're wondering, why mango?
It (mango) is loaded with vitamins A and C, nutrients that promote
younger looking skin. Plus, the fruit has fatty acids that leave hands soft, silky
smooth and moisturized.
And if you want a mask that's already prepared- head online to the
TheBodyShop-usa.com. and order the
Body Shop Mango Hand Cream. $8.00 for one tube.

And one last tip--
If you also want some tips on how to keep your neck looking as youthful as
the rest of your body, head online to Amazon.com and type--see title to
the right.. Download it and learn the breakfast food (whether it's

eaten or worn as a mask) that'll keep your hands and neck looking like a young man or woman still in college.

Good Luck!
