Important Health News For All Women!

Eat Your Way To Better Health!

If you're a fan of Kim Kardashian West, then you may have heard
that she's planning on having a hysterectomy after the birth of
her second child.

Whether you're a die-hard fan or someone's who never heard
of Ms. Kardashian-West, you may want to start eating some of

foods listed below.
Why you ask?
Because, if you're planning to have children (in a few yrs.)--or if you're long past your
child-bearing yrs. it's very important to keep your uterus and ovaries
in the best shape possible. Doing this, means your female organs can continue
to secrete disease-fighting proteins.
And to keep the female organs in great shape, do the following...
a) Prevent Cancers-
Of your uterus and ovaries by eating more fish.

Fatty fish contains omega-3's fatty acids and they (the fatty acids)
intensify your immune system's ability to kill cancerous cells before
they can grow and spread.
The fish you should eat more of: salmon, sardines, mackerel,
trout and cod.
Important tip: make sure to have your fish, broiled, baked, stir-fried
with a little oil or grilled. And avoid deep frying (a fish fry) it on a regular
basis, why? You increase your risk of a stroke and heart attack.
b) Avoid Fibroids-
What are fibroids? Benign uterine tumors-and they're the top cause of
hysterectomies. And if you want to avoid ever getting them, you must eat
your veggies. Green, red, white and black vegetables.
And also important: make sure to eat vegetables that excrete fibroid-fueling
excess estrogen from your system.
And those specific vegetables are...broccoli, Brussels sprouts,
cabbage, cauliflower, and kale.

That's it for now, and if you want more info on this topic,
