Television Rx To Lose Weight!

Lose Weight In Front Of The Television!

You've been told to go outside to get in shape. Or don't watch too much too
television-"it isn't good for your health."
Well, don't listen to that old information, you can watch T.V. and get
in shape. How? By walking in place during the commercials.

That's right- New research says that getting up during a 90 min.
or 120 min. show and marching in place will help you clock in
between 2,200 to 3,000 steps. And that's equivalent to 30 to 40 mins.

of walking around your neighborhood.

And even better- medical professionals says we should get in between
7,000 and 10,000 steps a day.
Hey- 3,000 steps is about 1/2 to 1/3 of what we should be getting,
so, it's a start.

That's today tip, and don't feel guilty if you watch too many
Seinfeld reruns or hours of Lifetime, walk during the commercials.

Good Luck!
