Bethenny's Rx For A Better Memory!

                        Drink Up Like Bethenny!
Bethenny Frankel should have a great 2014. Why?

Her talk show is doing well in the ratings, her daughter is
growing up and she sold her line of "Skinny Girl" drinks
for a bank load of money.

If you want to be more like Bethenny, start with your memory.

That's right- it's not only important to have good looks, but smarts
and a good memory as well. And one way to get the New Year off
with a bang and help develop a "super" memory is with Champagne.
Yes, the bubbly usually served on New Year's Eve is a delicious
(and expensive)
way to improve memory.

How does it work?
It keeps bad plaque from forming in and around your brain.
The type of plaque that causes memory loss and Alzheimer's.

But wait, there's more, if you want a little something to help usher
in the New Year, try this recipe:
A Pink Blush!
Ingredients:
1 oz. Creme de Framboise
4 oz. well-chilled Champagne
Fresh raspberries or grapes (optional)
Directions--
Pour the Creme de Framboise into frosted
Champagne flute and top off with Champagne.
Serve at once, if desired, float a few raspberries (or grapes)
in the drink.
And lastly, here are some tips concerning that btl. of Champagne.
*Open Champagne like a Pro.
Turn the bottle not cork. Remove the foil
and wine from the top of the bottle, then grip the cork
with a kitchen towel in one hand and slowly twist the bottle
back and forth with the other hand, making sure the btl. is pointed
away from you and your guests. Continue twisting slowly while gently
sliding the btl. and cork apart.
* Storing Champagne.
Store Champagne on its side in a cool dark place,
preferably in the refrigerator. Doing this means the btl will
be well chilled and ready to drink in a hurry.

That's it- And if need more great recipes for that btl of
Champagne, or brandy or Jack Daniels, look for a book
called "500 Cocktails" by Wendy Sweetser. Available at
Amazon.com/in the Kindle store.

Good Luck and A Happy New Year!
