Walt Disney's World Rxs For More Happiness-Pt. 2!

Boost Happiness Levels By Heading To Disneyland!

As promised, here's the 2nd part of the post...Boosting Joy with a trip
to see Mickey and Minnie!
3) The Castles-

Ever wonder why the castles are so tall? The architects designed
them to reach the skies, why?
When the adults and kids look up, they'll be inspired to reach for the Stars.

4) The Water Rides-
Just looking at water has an effect on you. In fact, Feng Shui experts say
looking at water fountains or putting a small water fountain inside your home
can boost happiness and luck.
There are many water themed features at Disneyland and their there for a reason,
yes, to make money, but to also help uplift your moods and make you happier
and alert.
To get the effect long after your trip is over, add a mini waterfall to your desk,
or decorate your computer desktop with a watery image and stare at it when you're
down. Or you can buy a CD of soothing ocean waves to help lower stress levels
and boost happiness levels.
5) Take In The Scents-
No, that isn't a misprint, taking in the scents of fried foods, decadent sweets
and the chocolate treats can really boost moods. Your sense of smell is the most
closely associated with warm feelings of days gone by.
And a closely guarded secret: The people who designed Disneyland, made it point
to build machines and vents that kick out the scents of certain foods,
They hope you take in the scents and spend more money of course,
but they also want to boost happiness levels.
So, when you arrive home and still want the scent of those waffle cones
or chocolate delights, invest in some scented candles or look for vanilla,
almond or chocolate extracts at your local supermarket.
Pour a little of the choc. or almond extract on a cottonball, when
you feel stressed or overwhelmed and inhale deeply.
And the best thing about the extracts- they won't put on the pounds.

That's it- And if you thought Disneyland was just for the kids, you're

wrong,  it can help you (the adults) boost moods, lower stress levels,
and increase creativity.

Good Luck!
