Movie Food Rx For a Better Memory!

Avoid This Food At Movie Theaters!

Hey- who loves going to the movies and ordering a big tub of
popcorn with some ooey, gooey butter on top?
We sure do, but thanks to new research we may have to stop this practice.

Why?
According to the researchers, that yellow stuff movie theaters are
passing off as "real butter" may do you some harm.
In what way? It can cause plaque, and that plaque can settle on your brain
and around your heart.

That's right- the yellow faux butter contains a chemical called Diacetyl and
if you consume a lot of it over time, it can result in heart trouble and Alzheimer's.
Another fact, some wine makers are using it in their wine to give it
a longer shelf life.

So, what are the options?
Depending on how many times a month you go to the movies, you can
eat the popcorn plain, ask for a little of it (the phony butter) or you can
get a little plastic container, fill it with olive or coconut oil and add some onion,
garlic and cayenne and sneak it into the theater.

That's it- Our tip for keeping you safe and healthy this Holiday season.
Enjoy the upcoming movies that are out or will be out and eat to protect
your health and sanity.

Good Luck!
