Pop Diva's Rx For Looking Younger!

                   Forever Young Like Britney! 

Do you remember the Rod Stewart hit--"Forever Young?"
Well, Britney Spears knows it and she doesn't just know the
song, she's trying to achieve it.
Say what?

Ms. Spears admitted in an interview that she goes to a doctor
to get injections, pills and advice on looking younger.
Ms. Spears is only 32 yrs. old and getting shots in and around the face,
only increases your risk of looking like an exotic cat in a few yrs.
If you're 22, 32 or 42, why not allow your Supermarket to help 

keep you young.
The supermarket?

Yes, foods that'll help keep you looking younger than your
actual yrs. The foods: 

1) Orange Foods- 
Often left out of the discussion on maintaining and turning
back the clock are foods like...Carrots, Butternut and Acorn squash,
apricots and sweet potatoes. These foods are rich in vitamin A and
beta-carotene, 
nutrients that are important to keeping skin smooth
an firm. Sweet potatoes and carrots also help protect your skin
from the Sun's harmful rays. 

2) Citrus Fruits-
Popular this time of yr. oranges, clementines, tangerines
and grapefruit can help stimulate collagen levels, preventing
the skin from sagging and losing moisture.
3) Oily Fish-
Fish like sardines, salmon, trout, bass, mackerel and tuna
may be the no. 1 food fighter against early aging.
How important is fish? Fish can not only keep your skin
as tight and firm as a snare drum, it can also help
keep it firm in other places like...arms (no Bat wings)
the thighs and the hard to lose spot called the Stomach. 

In fact, in some parts of Spain, women use sardines as a facial 
mask, that's right- remove them from the can and let them sit
on their faces. There's no need to do that, eating them will 

do just fine. Also look for books written by Nicholas Perricone.

4) Make A Mask-
A woman heard about apples and youthful skin and then came up 

with a mask. The mask: Peel an apple, rinse it off and then slice
it up and place the slices in a small saucepan. Cover the
apples with milk, heat the apples for a few minutes.
Remove from the heat, let the slices cool and place in a bowl. 

Grab a comfortable chair, lie back and place the apple slices
on your face and neck, leave on for 15 to 20 mins.
Finish up by removing the apple slices and then rinsing your
face off with warm water.
And yes, it's still a good idea to eat apples.
