Cleopatra's Beauty Rxs For Today's Women!

                              Beauty Rxs From Cleopatra! 

Ever hear of Cleopatra, the "queen of the Nile?"
Well, she ruled over the Nile almost 2,500 yrs ago
and she may have been the first person to create
beauty products using food.
If you are a fan of softer skin, then use the 2 foods
that Cleopatra used and get smoother, softer skin.

The 2 foods:
Honey and Milk.
To remove your dry Winter skin, do the following...
Ingredients:
1 Tbs. of powdered milk 

1 tbs. of honey
1 tbs. olive oil 

1 cup of oatmeal (not steel cut oatmeal)
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl
and mix thoroughly.
Step into your bathtub or shower and apply it
to your shoulders, neck, legs, arms and the tops
of your feet, making sure to massage it into the skin.

After about 10 mins. run some warm water over your body to remove
it. And then apply your moisturizer. (Use more olive or canola oil)
That's it- do this a few times a month, and you too, can boast skin
as youthful and beautiful as Cleopatra's.
Some more tips...
Do this on your day off, or after work or school.
And if you're into baths- pour some milk (powdered or liquid)
about 2 cups and 1 cup of honey into your bathwater and soak
for about 20 to 30 mins. Another great way to soften your skin.
