Today's Show Rx For Losing Weight!

                          Weight Loss Tips For Women!

Ladies, did you catch the "Today show" this morning?

They did a segment familiar to a lot of people,
the subject: Why do men and women like different temperatures
in the house. Of course there was the women are smaller and therefore
are colder.

But one thing the story didn't tell you...keeping your house a little colder
can help you live longer, slow down aging and help you lose weight.

Lose weight? Yes, and with the very cold temperatures predicted for
a lot of the country, it's time to take advantage.

Being exposed to lots of cold air produces 2 key slenderizing changes
in your body- 1) your body has to work hard to burn more fat and 2)
cold weather activates your stores of brown fat.
What is brown fat? It's a healthy type of fat that gobbles up harmful
white fat.

And that's not all- there's another benefit of cold weather, what is it?
Sleeping in a bedroom that's between 60 and 68 degrees, helps you
get to sleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep.
And women (and men) who get 7 to 8 hrs. of uninterrupted sleep
are up to 50% less likely to be overweight.
A good night's sleep is critical for regulating hormones that control

hunger and insulin sensitivity, and making it easier to manage your weight.

So ladies, are you willing to sleep in a room that's a little colder?
Or the more important question-are you willing to sleep in
a room that's a little colder to lose weight?
If you are, make sure to do it for the next 3 months,
after that- it'll be time for the fans and air conditioners again.

Good Luck!
