Grey's Anatomy Rx For A Healthier Heart!

                                Boost Heart Health With Coffee!

Patrick Dempsey-one of the stars of the long running show Grey's Anatomy,

just bought a coffee chain. The chain of coffee shops called Tully's wasn't
doing well and was about to close.
Patrick Dempsey- beat out coffee powerhouse Starbucks and some other
investors with deeper pockets and now owns the struggling coffee chain.

Stars buying restaurants, fast food chains or real estate is nothing new,
but Mr. Dempsey buying a coffee chain may benefit more than the
economy.
How so?

One, two or three cups of coffee a day, can boost health in a number of ways
like...
a) Lower risks of depression

b) Reduce risks of getting dementia
c) Lower risks of certain cancers
d) Stroke risks reduced
e) Less likely to experience dangerous heart arrhythmias,

    especially for women
f) Lower your chances of getting Parkinson's
g) Stop Asthma attacks, coffee opens up the airways
h)  Build strong bones
i) Prevent workout soreness- Drink some before a workout
and feel less soreness after you leave the gym.
j) Appetite Suppressant- In some parts of Italy, the people
drink a cup or two of coffee, to curb their appetites.

Plus many more health benefits.
But with all of those benefits there are some precautions,
like...
a) If you find yourself getting jittery or hyper,

cut back, or drink Decaf.
b) Pregnant women should talk to your Dr. about the
amount of coffee is okay. Or if you should drink it at all.
New research says the caffeine may affect the baby.
c) Drink it black or with a small amount of milk.
d) Skip the danish, pastries and other sweets or you'll undo

all of the good benefits of coffee.

That's it- And don't forget to thank Patrick Dempsey,
he heals as a fictional character on T.V. and as a non-fictional
character in real life.

Good Luck!
