The View's Rx For Beautiful Skin!

                                 Go Gluten-Free Like Elisabeth!

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, one of the cohost of the popular morning
show-"The View" makes no secret about her gluten-free diet.

She's been gluten-free for a decade now and she credits the
diet for literally changing her life.
If you been thinking about going gluten-free part time or
full time make sure to include some buckwheat in
your meal planning.

Why buckwheat?
Contrary to it's name- buckwheat is gluten-free and just
published research says that buckwheat's immunity-bolstering compounds
called polyphenols reverse premature aging.

So, if you're concerned about aging skin, include more buckwheat
in your diet. Use it to make pancakes, bread and muffins, or add
cooked buckwheat kernels (kasha) to soup or stews.

One more tip: If you use buckwheat to make bread, muffins or pancakes,
just be careful with the sugar. Sugar tears down delicate arteries

on your face and body, aging you much more quickly.

Good Luck!
