Hollywood's Winter Rxs For Getting In Shape!

                 The Best Winter Sports For A Better Body! 

Yes, it's cold in most parts of the U.S. But that doesn't mean you
should give in to high-fat and heavy laden carbs and sweets. 

Nor does it mean you should abandon your fitness program
and wait until March to get back into shape. 

No- you're going to do what a number of stars do, what is it? 
They ski, snowboard and sled.
And we know, some of these sports require bank accounts like 

a stars' but not all of them. 
So, if you want to stay in tip-top shape and be ready for bikini season
in about 5 months, do the following...
a) Snowboard-
This is the sport you want to do if a tight tush is on your agenda, 

(hear that Kardashians?) Maintaining the stance and doing the steering 
require you to really work that backside.
Plus, walking the board up the hill after each run, helps tone up
your legs.
b) Skiing-
Head to Aspen if you can and really watch your thighs slim down.
A favorite sport among many men and women of Hollywood,
and for good reason, skiing is King or (Queen) of sports when it
comes to developing leg muscles.
Maintaining control requires all of the legs muscles (quads, thighs
and hamstrings) to work to keep you upright and that hard works
pays off in the long run.
So, if flabby and jiggly thighs aren't something you want, then
you must hit the ski slopes. 

c) Throwing Snowballs- 
Hey, it's low cost and doesn't require equipment and if flabby bat wings
are a major concern, then head out your door and start throwing.
Throwing snowballs or rocks get your biceps and triceps involved,
and the throwing keeps arms muscular and firm. One tip: don't throw
snowballs at cars.
