                  Eat This To Beat Winter Blues!

Are you a fan of the ABC cooking show- "The Chew?"
Well, if you are a fan, you're not alone.
A lot of people love this show, and one of the reasons for
its success: The hyperactive, talkative, dance queen known
as Carla Hall.

If you are a fan, then you know that Ms. Hall loves
oatmeal.
Yes, not that unusual, but if you're suffering from
the dark and dreary days of Winter, then you too, 

may want to become like Carla and eat oatmeal 3, 5 
or even 7 days a week.

Why?
Oatmeal is loaded with tryptophan, which boosts moods, and
it's low in protein, and that helps you feel more relaxed and
calm. And if you need help sleeping, have a bowl of
oatmeal an hour or 90 mins. before bed.

That's it- a bowl of oatmeal to boost moods.
One more thing--make it a good quality oatmeal.
No instant or quick oats. Look for slow-cooked
or steel-cut oatmeal.
