MTV's Rx For Your New Year's Resolution!

                               Eat This--Quit Smoking!

Do you remember the 2 stars who opened at last year's MTV awards?
If you said Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke, give yourself a hand...for your
great memory.
And since both stars opened the MTV awards, we decided to dedicate this
post to them and their bad habit.
What is it, you ask?
They both smoke. Yes, we know, both rely on their voices to make millions,
and yet, they continue to do it.

Well, if you're also like Miley and Robin and have quitting smoking as
your New Yr's resolution, you may want to try the trick that a top medical

journal says may really work and an actress from "Friends" has used).
What is it?
Eat more salads.

That's right- longtime smoker Jennifer Aniston is rumored to have eaten a salad
every day while she did "Friends" and it may be the answer-you, Robin and Miley

need.
Why salads?
Smokers who eat the most salads with fruits and vegetables are 3 times more likely
to quit than those who eat burgers, fries, and gas station pastries.
Why?
Produce makes cigarettes taste much worse.

Also helpful: Milk is said to make cigarettes taste nasty as well, but a lot
of people avoid it due to it being a dairy food.
So, there you have it, a salad not just for a thinner waistline and younger
looking skin, it can also help you end your addiction to nicotine.
And lastly, for those who aren't into salads, go online to Quitnet.com,
and join up to get some tips on how to quit for good.

Good Luck, (Especially to Miley and Robin)
