The Golden Globe's Rx To Beat Dry Winter Hair!

Keep Hair Luxurious All Winter Long!

Don't forget to watch the "Golden Globes" this weekend.
You especially want to watch the hosts--Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
One thing you may not want to watch and especially avoid is the
commercial starring Tine Fey.
Why?
It's a hair care product from Garnier Nutrisse and it's called
"Nourishing Color Creme."
And why should you avoid it?
Because it's expensive and you can do-it-yourself for much less.

That's right- Nutrisse Garnier thinks that because it (the shampoo)
has some avocado in it, and Tina Fey is the star, they (the creators
can sell it to you at a high price.
But don't fall for it, you can do an home version for much less.
Consider it a "smoothie" for your hair, and with the brutal temperatures
in a lot of states, this "smoothie" can leave your hair luxurious and
stop the breakage.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsps. olive or coconut oil
Directions:
Mash the avocado with a big spoon, and then add
the oil,  mix until you get a creamy paste.
Sit in the tub or in an area that you won't mind getting dirty.
Dampen your hair, and place the avocado mask on your hair.
Comb the mixture through your hair, leave on for 20 minutes,
and finish up by shampooing and conditioning.

Use this treatment once a week and you'll have hair
that'll rival any movie stars.'

1 More tip for great Winter hair--
Limit your use of heat-styling tools (tools like curling irons)
which really leave your hair dry. Instead, try a no-heat styling trick,
Mist on a leave-in conditioner before going to bed and in the morning,
style your hair any way you want, waves, braids or a ponytail.

That's it--A hair care tip for this brutal and harsh Winter/

Good Luck!
