The View's Rx For Happier Families!

                 Eat This To Boost Happiness!

On this morning's edition of "Good Morning America" host Robin
Roberts interviewed "The View's" cohost--Sherri Shepard.
Ms. Shepard was promoting her new book-- "Plan D, How to lose
weight and beat Diabetes."

In the book, Ms. Shepard tells you how she lost 40 lbs. and
keeps her diabetes under control using good natural foods
and Exercise.

One of the tips Sherri gave Robin wasn't just a great diet tip,

it was a tip that can also bring more peace and harmony to the
Kitchen table.

The tip:
Serve natural peanut butter, milk, eggs, tofu, bananas, chicken,
turkey and cheese at breakfast.
Why?
These foods are rich in Tryptophan, (a familiar word to most, during

Thanksgiving) and the more tryptophan coursing through one's
system, helps speed up the release of brain chemicals that increase
feelings of trust and cooperation.

So, if you're morning meals are plagued with bickering and
constant name calling, then it's time to bring in the Tryptophan-rich
foods.

Good Luck!
