Hollywood's Favorite Beverage Rx Just For Women!

                          Drink This Not That! 

When the women of Hollywood party or celebrate some type of 

achievement, champagne always seems to be the preferred beverage.
And when they want to slim down and get ready for a movie, T.V. project,
or a photo shoot, the beverage is usually a green smoothie.
Well, new research says that if you're a woman who lives and works
in Hollywood, or San Francisco, or Boston, or Moscow, or any big city, 

your beverage of choice better be water.
Why?
It may help you prevent a stroke.

A stroke?
Yes, strokes, and the cause may be car exhaust. 

You knew that city living provided some dangers, (crime, high
costs, and too many people) but cars?
Researchers say that breathing in the fumes of all of those cars day after
day, takes a toll on your immune system and it may result in a stroke.
But thanks to water, you can avoid it (a stroke) from ever happening.
Water helps wash out toxins and impurities that enter and then damage
your internal organs, and drinking more water is a simple and effective way to
counter it.

And if you're more daring and want even more protection against
a future stroke, boil some water and place a tsp. of oregano,
star anise, cumin, turmeric, cilantro and 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper into 

a mug. 
Let it steep for 5 mins. stir well, and remove as much as of the
oregano, cumin, cilantro, thyme and star anise as you can. 

And then, sip slowly like a tea. Spices and herbs are a low-cost and
powerfully effective way to develop a immune system that'll rival
Supermans.'

And lastly, if you see stars going through airports or taking a walk in the
Hollywood Hills carrying a bottle of water, remember-they're not
doing it for vanity or weight purposes, they're carrying it to prevent
a stroke.
