Live Longer Rxs Just For Men!

                   Guys- Live Longer Like Women!

Guys, whenever the words youth-boosting or
anti-aging are mentioned, you're left out.
It seems the anti-aging experts only think women
are concerned about getting or looking older.

But, that's not true, according to insiders, George
Clooney calls Brad Pitt and asks his advice on ways to
turn back the clock.
Well, if your name is Mr. Clooney or Mr. Smith, you

may want to take a page out of the book of some past stars.
Past stars like Bob Hope, George Burns, Dennis Weaver and
Ernest Borgnine.

What was their secret?
They all gave up a food that many men may not be able to give up.
The food: Meat. It's rumored, George Clooney loves steaks,
hamburgers and hot dogs.

The former stars all  became vegetarians and all lived past 90,
all except Dennis Weaver, who passed away at age 88.

Researchers say men may benefit from a vegetarian diet, more

so than women. Why?
They think it's the blood.  Mix iron-rich meats with blood and
you're asking for trouble.
The researchers say that since women menstruate starting in their
teens right up until their late 40's to early 50's, they don't have
that blood circulating in their arteries like men, giving them 5 or more
extra years of life.
And if the men smoke, drink, eat sweets, rarely or never exercise,
the blood in their system is really toxic.

So, how can men overcome this and get the extra 5 to 8 yrs of extra life

like women? Give up meat, (or eat it on rare occasions) or eat a cleaner
diet, have lean red meat, salad, and some steamed vegetables,  exercise,
have a beer or a glass of wine ( no more than 1 drink per evening)
or skip these things and become a regular blood donor.
Yup, get that blood out, donate once a month or twice a month and guys
you may be able to make it to age 85, 90 or beyond.

That's it- And in the next few days, we'll tell you how two former
stars of "The Mary
Tyler Moore Show"are still living productive lives
at 88 and 92.

And you'll also learn how one still busy movie star and director
 just celebrated his 84th birthday.

Good Luck!
